Songs for my supper
This is the only drawing I have left to remind me of the hundreds I made on the pavements of France and Belgium in the 1960’s. They were the songs for my supper, and they were sold direct from my sketchbook.
Self Portrait
In the fifty years since I painted this self-portrait, the beard has turned white, but my creative zeal is stronger than ever.
