Hampshire

The Morris Singer Foundry that casts my sculptures is located in the heart of the Hampshire countryside. When the casting of a major work needed my presence over several weeks, we would take a family holiday and camp out in a nearby field. Between foundry visits, I cycled hundreds of miles with a sketchbook in my pannier bags. On my wanderings I visited the Allen Gallery in the town of Alton, and this led to the commissioning of my sculpture “Dancing Girls” for the gallery’s gardens.
